Security alerts doesn't load lots of alerts

Helllo,

We have some customers that can not see all his alerts.

In our case, alerts coming from CloudApp security that are active aren't showed in the microsoft graph security alerts query.

Also, the remediated alerts from IPC aren't loaded.

What's going on?

Anyone else is facing this problems?
