As I am creating an indicators, need to use Microsoft Defender for Endpoint product so is there any way to publish an app which just posting an indicators from my client's data to defender for Endpoint.

you can enable the custom network indicators in defender for endpoints and also integrate MDE with Defender for cloud apps so whenever you sanctioned any app in Defender for cloud apps it will automatically add the indicators in MDE.
