There is a need for us to extract the LGPO.exe from the toolkit and deploy it into our customer standalone workstations along with our scripts that will automate policy changes on the customer workstations. Is there a licensing or terms of use that will prohibit copying the LGPO.exe.
PS: The windows running on the customer workstations are licensed to us.

Thiruvc inside the LGPO folder you will find the "Microsoft Security Compliance Toolkit - Standalone Use Terms.pdf" which defines how the tool can be used.
