Policy Analyzer - provides no output

I've followed the directions and am able to analyse local polices but when I take one or more GPO backups and attempt to compare them, I get no output.

    MikeLo2005 - can you confirm that you're importing GPO backups into Policy Analyzer and not GPO reports? (That's a mistake a lot of people have made.)
