did you check if your devices are able to contact the domain controller on premises after you deployed the security baseline from Intune ?
elieelkarkafi Yes, On-Premise AD is reachable as the outbound connection is allowed from the Windows 10 machine. Inbound link to Windows 10 machines is restricted.
- open the inbound from AD to the machines because AD needs to communicate with the machine as well and test if your issue will presists
