Trying to find a Microsoft contact to team on a DHS contract as a technical advisor

The Microsoft website appears to have no way to find and a group in the public sector space to chat about teaming.  I have contact 6 or so Microsoft folks on LinkedIn within the public sector space but no one responds.

What do I do , keep stalking folks on LinkedIn?
