Microsoft Prompt Gallery for Gov Clouds
Hi Sara, I would not assume you are missing an obvious button here. In GCC High, Copilot and related Microsoft 365 experiences often have separate availability and endpoint behavior from commercial tenants.
If the public links keep sending you to the commercial endpoint and the gallery is not visible from the Copilot panel in your GCCH tenant, it is very possible that the Microsoft Prompt Gallery is not exposed there yet, or at least not exposed through the same route.
For an internal prompt gallery, a SharePoint list is a solid starting point. I would capture fields like title, business scenario, prompt text, Microsoft app, audience, sensitivity level, owner, last reviewed date, tags, and version. Add a simple approval flow so prompts are reviewed before publishing. If you want a nicer front end later, Power Apps can sit on top of the same list without making the first version too heavy.
