Outlook Message Reminders

Does anyone at Microsoft have additional information to share about this feature, which just showed up on the Microsoft Roadmap, yesterday:

Outlook: Message Reminders - Outlook will surface emails to the top of your inbox when we detect a reply is still needed.

There is no additional information about:

1) User/Admin configuration options for this feature.

2) To which Outlook versions will this apply? Will this feature work in Office 2021 LTSC?

3) Will this be enabled by default?

Rollout is set to start next month so I'm hoping something will be posted to the Message Center very soon. We're always told that the Message Center is the source of truth for new features, but it seems that many times items are posted to the Microsoft Roadmap like this one, with little real information. As a consequence, we admins have to play catch up to review features, enable/disable, open support tickets to ask questions, and train users.
