I Need Help Recovering My Outlook Account
Hello Microsoft Community,
Recently I have been hacked out of my account as the hacker changed the security information of my account. Thankfully I was able to reset my password through https://account.live.com/acsr and I still had the name of my email. Now the biggest problem I had is that I had a recovery account that I didn't set nor did I have access to. Anyway, I figured my way back to my account thanks to a customer support person but just when I was about to change my security information so I could remove the false recovery email, the customer support person stopped me. She said that she would submit my account to be reviewed by the recovery team, so it's best to keep all account information the same, and I listened to her. Now, because of the recovery email still attached to the account the hacker reset my password once again and took control over my account. After the hacker took over my account again, I got an email from the Microsoft team that they couldn't help recover my account and permanently suspended it because I broke the Microsoft terms of service, although I didn't do that purposefully. Fast forward to today, I managed to reset my password through the same form and found out the name of my email/account once again after the hacker changed it. What this means is that I can and have logged into my account. But the problem is that my account is locked and I don't know how to unlock it. Why you may ask? Well, every time I fill out this form https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/concern/AccountReinstatement to unlock my account the Microsoft team denies my request. The only reason for the denial of the request is because I have broken the Microsoft terms of service. On the top of the form, it says that there are many reasons my account can be disabled including violating the Microsoft services agreement. But it also states that the Microsoft team could review the reason for my account being disabled and possibly reinstate my account. What I received though was only why my account was disabled and no further information. Anyways, after I got denied, I didn't lose hope and went back and submitted the form multiple times again. Eventually, the Microsoft team/recovery team completely stopped responding to my forms and I started to lose hope. I tried to go to customer support, but they all led me to the recovery team that didn't respond to my emails in the first place. I have no idea what to do now, and all I can do is ask the community for help.
Sincerely,
Umar
