Teams or Groups
I'm sure I've asked this before but I can't remember where.
Now that Teams is the go for schools, do we still need to continue using Groups? Will groups disappear like Classroom?

A team is built on a group from my understanding.
When you create a Team it creates a group.
I highly recommend using SDS to auto create/Synchronise the Teams (Groups).

Thanks Jared
Yes- just figured that out. I checked out files tab on both the Team and the Group and they point to the same library- and the Group notebook is the Team classnotebook. But the conversations are not the same. So a potential confusion for staff is if the see the "Group' icon in their Outlook side bar, it won't take them to the Team but to the Group.
Now I know, its ok.
Cheers
