Restrict people search
How do you restrict the results of "people" on the global search box on the M365 landing page.
In a Multi Academy Trust with multiple schools under a single M365 tenancy, pupils are able to put a single character in the search box, and are able to retrieve a list of all the users staff and pupils starting with that letter, from all the schools in the tenancy.
The work around provided is to hide from exchange, but then that will hide all staff as well, which is counter productive for operational use of exchange online etc.

It is a little tricky, and the main thing is to add correct data! I am not that technical person but suggest you do your best research on AI.
