Bonus calculation in Excell

 What is the formula for calculating the branch bonus with the following assumptions?

1- Goal of obtaining resources: 1000000

2- No reward will be given to 15% of the attracted resources.

3- Amount of reward: 0.1% of attracted resources after deducting the amount of row 2.

4- The goal of attracting resources in 4 account categories is as follows: 35% of the first category, 30% of the second category, 25% of the third category, 10% of the fourth category. Rewards will be calculated according to these percentages.

5- If the amount of resources absorbed in a group is more than the target amount, provided that group is higher than one group(at least), the difference of the absorbed coefficient compared to the target coefficient in the lower group will be added to the upper group.
