I am interested to get MVP award

Lots of good advice above on mechanics, so I'll add the part rarely discussed: volume alone doesn't get you awarded, differentiation does.

I attended the Reactor livestream this week, "So You Want to Become a Microsoft MVP?" (July 14), with current MVPs and MVP alumni on the panel. Two things stuck with me: focus on ONE award category where you're genuinely deep rather than spreading thin across several; panelists said being too broad can actually stall a nomination.

And one former MVP's 30-day test: 30 minutes a day answering questions in the community forum, plus one LinkedIn post a week sharing your perspective. Do that consistently, and nominations tend to find you. You won't need to chase them. It's recorded on the Reactor channel if you want to watch it.

Last thing: the people who get and keep the award would be doing this work anyway. Fix a real gap in the community, and the nomination tends to find you.
