Final call to migrate any Marketplace Health Bots to Azure Health Bot Offering!

As was communicated previously, on 1.1.2021, we've moved the Microsoft Healthcare Bot service from the Marketplace to Azure.
All existing Health Bot instances still in the Marketplace have to be Migrate to Azure Health Bot Offering by 15 September 2022 to prevent them from being disabled.
