- recently created? sometimes it takes some time to show up when creating in tag scope profile in MDCA . also make sure you have the right permissions to see this device group.
- I created this device group about 3 weeks ago. I double checked the device permissions and the group that I am part of has access to this device group.
- open the MDCA portal in private mode and check if it will appear.
