Need Help with this McAfee message

Background: I had subscribed to McAfee for some time. Past few months i have subscribed to MS365 Family plan and today i was trying to set up the MS Defender also, since my McAfee subsription has run out....

I was also trying to surf a bit and came across a suspicious site. I quickly moved out, but my mcafeww has for the last on hour or so been hyperactive saying my PC is infected....am sharing snapshot of the 5 viruses that McAfee says my PC is infected with/ by and asking me to renew McAfee subscription.

Kindly suggest what i should do. Is my PC safe with Defender or should i buy the McAfee subscription too?
