I have same problem myfriend

being an MCT for over a decade, I had issue my DeveloperE5 license and got a initial tenant (lets call it Tenant01) on which I had implement and use azure VisualStudio Subscriptions too !!
At some point of someone remembered, I used AzureStudentPass as well ... !! 
So on Tenant01, I had 25lic of E5 Developer, AND Azure Subs. as MCT with 150$/month

Without any reason some time MS disabled my E5 license on that tenant, and leave me only with the Azure VisualStdSubscription !!

I went back to Developer help, and they create a NEW tenant (lets call it Tenant02) with E5 Dev. license on that tenant, BUT WITHOUT azure subscription !! ;)

No I am teaching specific courses and I need to "switch" from Tenant01 to Tenant02, and sometimes this is not feasible because there are courses that needs access to BOTH E5 license AND AzureSubscription !!

I spent several hours trying to move-merge licenses-subscription to only 1 tenant, but MS help was either not so helpful (or maybe they didnt understand the problem ...)
