Is "Endpoint Security Policies" available to us? (error getting Intune policies)

The Intune role assignment and the Entra directory role are evaluated separately. Ask a Global Administrator to assign or activate the minimum Entra role that grants access to the Intune permission blade, then sign out and back in before checking the policy inventory. Once that access error is gone, the remaining message will be meaningful: it will show whether the tenant lacks a service entitlement or whether policy authoring is actually blocked.
