Incident mails for Sentinel Alerts/Incidents
Hi everyone, we integrated Sentinel with Defender and now get alerts from Sentinel into Defender XDR. But they do not trigger any mail. If i look at the mail notifications i cannot see "Sentinel"...
Can nobody relate? Does anyone else have the entry "Sentinel" showing up?
- Well - solution was quite simple.
If i PIM my global admin it takes some time to reach "Defender XDR"
In this case it takes forever. Even STRG+F5 .. logout login does not fix this.
I PIM - use FireFox for setting things up - it shows Sentinel and i can activate the notifications.
So if you maybe not seeing things that should be there - use another browser
