GET Hunting custom detection rules REST API

Question

Is it possible to query existing Custom&nbsp;Detection Rules via security center api and associated settings?Currently unable to find any Microsoft Docs suggesting that it possible, I have seen only POST requests to run new queries but not view / GET details on existing rules?&nbsp;I want to list existing rules and settings using REST request.&nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated&nbsp;
