Does the below section means the user logged in to the device needs to be a AAD/AD synced user? If not dir sync between AD and Azure, Should Endpoint DLP actions not work?
Valid user This indicates if the currently logged on user has a corresponding Entra ID account and is in scope of a DLP policy that's targeted at Devices.
