When Microsoft doesn't translate all the occurences of words used in program menus

As a teacher living in Norway I die a little when I have to use programs with bad translations. Is there somewhere I can report to Microsoft that they need to change the words they have chosen not to translate or where the translation isn't as good as it could have been?
