Teams recognizes my headphones but turns them off.

So because I have online classes I need to use Teams. I plugged my headphones in and it recognizes them at first but then just says that they've been disconnected or that it doesn't recognize them. When it says it doesn't recognize them, I check the settings and there it says it does recognize them. 

It didn't do this in November but now it does. Any solutions?
