Teams Notebooks V Old style Notebooks

Speculating here, but is it likely that sooner or later, we'll have no choice but to set up Class Notebooks in Teams? (In other words, the Class Notebook App in the waffle will go, along with Onenote 2016 and the Classnotebook add-in)
