Team Moodle Integration Error

I have successfully installed MS Teams in my moodle, when I click on Create Meeting link the system brings me to the meeting creation page. After inputting the required data, I click on create and the system takes me to me moodle login page. I do not know what I am doing wrong here. Kindly assist me please
