Quiz/Test Multiple Attempts and Matching

I have moved all my courses to Teams from Blackboard and one of the limitations is that students can only take a quiz or test once. I would like the ability to allow the students to take it multiple times (that we can choose - or unlimited) and accept the latest score or the highest score, depending on the option we choose.

In addition, it would be nice to have a matching option. For instance, if I have a list of definitions, I want to have them match the correct term to the correct definition. There is no good solution in Forms for this at the moment.
