Quizes/Forms in Teams meetings

How can I effectively use a quiz / form in a team meeting?

The form relates to the meeting ... not the channel ... so does not relate to the team tabs (AFAIK)

The form is both reusable across different meetings for different teams, and too long to use a poll!

It should also give some feedback to the individuals as soon as they have completed it.
