Microsoft Teams issue while adding members

Hi,

 

I was actually having a problem while adding members to teams. When I try to add certain mail ID as members its directly coming as Guest  i cant change them to member. I am not sure why this is happening. I am attaching the screen shots. Please help me

If you look at the attached file you can see that when I enter names directly it shows' them as guest other people who are not shown as guest can be added as members

    Hello, nothing strange about that. All organizations have guest users and the ones you're seeing are already invited to your organization as a guest (they have a guest account in your org.) and can also be added to the team.
