Insights for Teams Education

I am using Teams for Education and have access to the new Insights app. I am mostly interested in using it to see my students checking to complete their work on digital engagement for onenote... this isnt working for me. I can see it on two other class teams, but not the class that I really need it for. 

Can't seem to find any troubleshooting tips yet. 

I've had insights installed for more than 2 weeks. All the other data is showing for digital engagement and everything else.. I am just missing digital engagement for onenote. It says all my students are inactive.
