I can't open the TEAMs app.

I can't access TEAMS via the browser or the app.

My Microsoft account opens the app but the message tells me that someone has already set up teams for my organisation. It does not let me go further. So, I can not use it as a free version on a different email address or using my O365 MS account. Any ideas?

    Have you or anyone in your organisation

    - Ever set up a trial in the past on the domain

    If your organisation has Office 365 is Teams enabled on your user? If you are not the admin of your organisation I would ask your admin to check to see if you are enabled.

      Thanks for replying.

      I have a personal O365 account. Is this is issue? I own the account.  I am the admin, and the message on the screenshot shows that someone has already set up teams, but I can not see this in my account.

        Could be. Is the email account you use for personal the same as the email account you use for another work organisation? Have you ever signed up for a trial of Teams before in the past?
