Getting started with ms teams

Hi, 

this may be a dumb question, but I can't create classrooms via MS Teams. Every time I try to register on Microsoft 365 Education, it says I've already have a license, yet when I go to "create a team" I can't choose any team types, ergo I can't create any classrooms. 

Does anybody know the solution?

    If you are using an educational account (e-mail) - then it could be that the IT department needs to get involved. There is a setting in the Admin Center on who is allowed to create new Teams.
    You'll need to make sure your user account has the permission to create a Team.
