Flip Video Recording on Teams NOT WORKING WELL

Hi,

I am a teacher who makes students record videos as part of their assessments especially screen recording. I've been using Teams for my students to create videos using Flip Video Recording, however, as of late, we have been encountering issues such as the video capture not working. I have raised this issue with our IT Department and they said the issue is not from their end. Sometimes, what they do is just close and then open Teams or Flip Video Recording app and then it would work. I have told my students to do this but sometimes, it does not work. And having this kind of solution takes a lot of time which we don't have when we are dealing with due dates and students who don't have the patience. I hope that Flip Video Recording would work well (I've been using it even before Microsoft bought it and it was great). It's an awesome tool for teachers like me. Please help....
