Cant find Class Materials folder anywhere

Hi All, 

When having a class team there is usually a class material folder which is locked to members by being read only. 

I have checked in the recycle bin and even the secondary one but nothing. we haven't even been back from the summer holidays for me to get it into secondary recycle bin if I did delete it by mistake. 

I think it actually didn't create it when the team was made. How do I recreate this folder? Can I simply make a read only folder in the Sharepoint library for this team? 

Please help!
