Can I distribute a page to the Collaboration space in a Team notebook?

Is it possible to distribute a page to the collaboration space in a Team notebook? I am setting up a Team for all teaching staff. The staff will be working in groups, organised by Channels, and they will be adding resources to the Channel notes. Ideally, I would like to create a set of standard pages for each channel for them to use. Can I do this by distributing a page to each channel?
