Building PD online courses in Teams - interactive quizzes + assessment

Hi from New Zealand Deaf Education,

Currently building a proof of concept of a professional development course in Teams (using 'Class' Team type). 

I'm wanting to use a interactive component to quizzes and assessment. I understand that Forms is useful for surveying/assessing however I find it restrictive.

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest other approaches - maybe through Apps/integrations that they've used that would help me create better interactive assessments.

The types of interactive assessments I'm seeking are highlighted in the PDF attached. These include:

> Fill-in-the-blank

> Drag-and-Drop (Matching, Ranking, Which Word, Word Bank)
> Hotspots
