Assign To drop down menu not listing all classes

I'm trying to make an assignment for all my classes (Teams). I have nearly 10 teams because the students were imported by course # and ESE students are in separate course codes and I can't combine teams. Anyway, when I'm making an assignment, the Assign To drop down is not listing all my teams. In fact it's only listing 2. Where are the others?

    MikeBrady : please check if you are assigned as Owner in the other classes. The AssignTo drop-down only list those classes where you have owner access (there is a delay of upto 1 hour when membership changes for everything to propagate).

      That wasn't it. I am shown as the owner for all my Teams, yet still only 3 of 8 teams are listed under the Assign To menu in the Assignments dialog window.

        oh that's no good.
        And to confirm the other 5 teams are all "class" team types correct?
        May I request you to file a ticket from https://aka.ms/edusupport so that we can get the right folks looking into this bug.
