Academic Head or Administrator of School can review the works of teachers or not

I am IT head and Academic Dean of our Schools. Teachers are assigning Homework's as well as Assignments to Students. Can any one suggest me that how I can review the works completed a teacher if they are completing corrections and returning HW's and Assignments regularly or not?
