sign-in logs vs windows event
sign-in logs vs windows event
what is the intention behind ingesting sign-in logs and on-prem connector to ingest the logs to a different table - windows events
each table has different fields and different rules needs to be set up
i would like to better understand the logic

These are two different log sources. SigninLogs is from Azure Active Directory. So you can see and alert on signins to AAD.
Windows Events is from servers. These are useful for looking at logins on-prem on local to the machine.
