Sentinel - What's New - Old Content

Question

What determines when something gets added to the What's New page in the News and Guides section of the Sentinel portal? The last article I see is from March and there has been a lot of new features since then.

It seem like every team at MS has a different approach for displaying news in their Azure portal. It would be helpful if the overall Azure Architecture team at corporate provided some direction and enforced some consistency in terminology and publishing standards
