SecurityAlert Query End/Start time format

Wondering if anyone else has noticed this but the "Query End Time UTC" and "Query Start Time UTC" date format changed in north Europe hosted Microsoft Sentinel at around 8am yesterday the 11/07/2022. Today it has replicated into other regions as well.

I cannot find any info as to why this has been changed and it briefly broke our integration with a external SOAR platform.

The values are found under the extended properties of an SecurityAlert.
