Report on IaaS and PaaS systems that are not ingesting logs

We heavily use Microsoft cloud for various solutions. Our project team deploy solutions using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services. I want to make sure that the security logs from all these services are ingested into Azure Sentinel. Is there a way to monitor or report the azure resources that are not ingesting logs.
