Missing githubscanaudit table, for "GitHub (using Webhooks) (using Azure Function)" connector

I am trying to connect GitHub to Sentinel using the Continuous Threat Monitoring for GitHub solution. We'd prefer to use the webhook method, but the githubscanaudit is missing from our Log Analytics Workspace. The GithubWebhookConnector function app is erroring: "GithubWebhook: Invalid Log Analytics Uri."

Do I need to create this table Manually? If so, what fields/settings do I need? For reference, the GitHubAuditLogPolling table is present.
