Inquiring about threat monitoring in Azure

Hi 

 I am a master student and  new to Azure , please can any one helping me how to use Microsoft Azure in the followings:

1- Modeling android communication network.

2- Connecting robotic sensors to this network 

3- Using this robotic sensors to collecting communication  data to the cloud

4- build  cloud- based monitoring system to monitor and detect threats  

is there any recommended pdf files or videos  that helping me ?
