How are you monitoring free Visual Studio Enterprise subscriptions?

Hi all,

I'm wondering how you are monitoring the free Visual Studio Enterprise subscriptions that appear in your corporate tenant? I have them popping up all the time when users sign up for their free credits.

In my corporate Azure environment I've demonstrated that you can set this up and create a storage account and exfil data with triggering any alerts.

I want to plug this gap now and wondered what people are doing? I have some ideas....

Don't want to block users completely from creating them but could be an option...
