Google GCP IAM function app is connecting successfully but no Events/logs ingested

Hi there,

Currently I have the function app and the associated function executing successfully to the GCP environment but not able to get any logs/events.

Any idea what is missing?? The required permissions are granted. 

Option 1:

The Logs Viewer role was granted initially to access projects and it connected successfully but no logs ingested.

Option 2: 

The Private Logs Viewer role was granted to read the logs on the organization level, again the function app connected successfully but no logs ingested.

Any idea where is wrong???
