Failing to get entities from incident

So, I'm trying to get accounts from the obvious connector (Entities - Get Accounts) in my playbook but not sure why it returns null!
Is it the alert-incident mismatch? I see on the documentation that the connector returns all the accounts from 'alert' although I am using the 'incident' trigger.
But in my defense, I'm getting the associated entities/accounts from the trigger then why is it not getting passed down?
If anybody had a similar issue in the past, please #help!
