Email Forwarding Alert notification only on Outlook on the Web, not on desktop app

Hi Team

I'm doing a hunting research in azure using the query
"Office Mail Forwarding - Hunting Version" but it does not show me alerts if they are made via outlook Desktop, via Outlook Web if it works..., Is there any limitation betweenweb or desktop?
