Devops with Automation Rules that includes Playbooks from different tenants

Hello 

My goal here is to push automation rules to multiple tenants where they all uses a playbook thats in a "central/lighthouse" tenant using devops/repository function. I can manually create this in gui, no problem but when using repository I get a access error:

Caller is missing required playbook triggering permissions on playbook resource.

Caller I suspect is the Azure Sentinel Content Deployment App that gets createt in every teneant that uses this repository. Anyone that knows how to give this permission cross tenant?
