Broken playbook on GitHub

Hello, the 'deploy to Azure' button for this playbook doesn't work and when I try to paste the raw code in a new playbook, it fails too. https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Sentinel/tree/master/Playbooks/Send-ConnectorHealthStatus.
