Adding a Teams for each Incident

I like the idea of integrating Teams with Sentinel, but I think that it would be a lot better with the following changes:

1. provide the ability to create a channel in an existing Team

2. eliminate the Wiki tab for each incident

3. add a post to the channel describing the incident
